Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

If using 20 oz. ground beef, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground beef, forming four patties and stacking two to serve.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 4, cooking until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as ground beef in Steps 2 and 4, cooking until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 6-8 minutes per side.

Bake the Fries
Cut potatoes into ¼" fries and pat dry.
In a mixing bowl, combine fries, 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and breadcrumbs until evenly coated.Transfer fries to prepared baking sheet. Spread into a single layer and spray with cooking spray.Bake in hot oven until lightly browned, 25-30 minutes, tossing fries halfway through.While fries bake, continue recipe. -
Prepare Ingredients and Make Bruschetta
Core tomato and cut into 1/4" dice.
In another mixing bowl, combine tomato, pesto, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Form ground beef into two equally-sized patties, about 5" in diameter. Season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. -
Toast the Rolls
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat.
Add rolls to hot, dry pan, cut side down, and toast until golden brown, 30-60 seconds.Transfer rolls to a plate. Keep pan over medium heat. -
Cook the Patties
Add 1 tsp. olive oil and patties to hot pan. Cook until lightly charred and patties reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4-6 minutes per side.
Top patties with bruschetta and cheese and cover. Remove from burner. Set aside until cheese is melted, 3-5 minutes. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, spreading garlic aioli evenly on bottom bun and topping with patty and top bun. If desired, reserve a small portion of garlic aioli for dipping fries. Bon appétit!
