If using chicken breasts, pat dry, and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Cook until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side. Add to salad as desired.

If using sirloin steak pat dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steak to hot pan and cook until browned and steaks reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side. Add to salad as desired.

If using NY strip steak, pat dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add steak to hot pan and cook until browned and steak reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 9-11 minutes per side. Add to salad as desired.

Make the Salad
Thoroughly rinse produce and pat dry. Quarter pear lengthwise, core, and cut into 1/8" slices. Toss or gently combine spinach, pear, and dressing. Topping with walnuts, cherries and feta (crumbling with your hands, if needed). Bon appétit!
