Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Vegetables
In provided tray, combine onions, zucchini, buttermilk-dill seasoning, a pinch of salt and pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil.
Push vegetables to one side of tray and top with grated cheese and half the panko (reserve remaining for meatloaves). -
Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine remaining panko, a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water. Rest, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground pork, half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for topping), garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.Place loaves in empty side of tray. Top evenly with ketchup, remaining shredded cheese, then bacon, pressing gently to adhere. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-30 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
