Start the Cauliflower
In provided tray, combine cauliflower, 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for after baking), and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 8 minutes.While cauliflower bakes, continue recipe. -
Add the Chicken
Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.
Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine crisped bacon, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Set aside.After 8 minutes, carefully remove cauliflower from oven and push to one side. Tray will be hot! use a utensil.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Transfer chicken to now-empty side of tray and evenly top with bacon-cheese mixture. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, add butter and remaining savory seasoning to cauliflower and stir until combined and melted. Bon appétit!
