Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Start the Cauliflower

    In provided tray, combine cauliflower, 2 tsp. olive oil, a pinch of salt, half the savory seasoning (reserve remaining for after baking), and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer.

    Bake uncovered in hot oven, 8 minutes.

    While cauliflower bakes, continue recipe.

    Add the Chicken

    Line a microwave-safe plate with a paper towel.

    Spread bacon evenly on towel-lined plate. Microwave until crisp, 1-2 minutes.

    Carefully remove from microwave. In a mixing bowl, combine crisped bacon, softened cream cheese, and shredded cheese. Set aside.

    After 8 minutes, carefully remove cauliflower from oven and push to one side. Tray will be hot! use a utensil.

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Transfer chicken to now-empty side of tray and evenly top with bacon-cheese mixture.

    Bake the Meal

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until cauliflower is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, add butter and remaining savory seasoning to cauliflower and stir until combined and melted. Bon appétit!
