If using antibiotic free chicken, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Finely crush walnuts.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with savory seasoning. -
2 Cook the Brussels Sprouts
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add Brussels sprouts, a pinch of salt, and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover and cook until slightly tender, 5-7 minutes.Uncover and add 1 tsp. olive oil, bacon, 1/4 tsp. salt, and garlic pepper. Stir occasionally until bacon is slightly browned and Brussels sprouts are tender, 3-4 minutes.Remove from burner.While Brussels sprouts cook, continue recipe. -
3 Cook the Chicken
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan. Cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
4 Make Walnut Butter and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine softened butter, walnuts, and a pinch of salt and pepper.
