If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using top round steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 3-5 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 3-4 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Zest and halve lemon. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with chimichurri seasoning and garlic salt. -
Cook the Pork Chops
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add pork chops to hot pan and cook until golden-brown and pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side.Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
Cook the Green Beans
Place another large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup water, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine, cover, and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner. Stir in 2 tsp. lemon juice, 1 tsp. lemon zest, and softened butter until combined.While green beans cook, continue recipe. -
Heat Rice and Finish Dish
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
Combine rice, chicken base, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper in a microwave-safe bowl.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with tzatziki. Squeeze lemon wedges over dish to taste. Bon appétit!
