Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Spray provided trays with cooking spray.

    Evenly divide gnocchi, crushed tomatoes, tomato puree, minced garlic and lemon basil, garlic salt, kale, and Parmesan between both provided trays. Add 1/2 cup water to each tray and stir to combine. Cover trays with foil.

    Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.

    Bake the Meal

    Carefully remove both trays from oven and remove foil.

    Bake again uncovered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling and kale is wilted, 10-15 minutes.

    Melt Cheese and Finish Meal

    Carefully remove both trays from oven. Evenly top both trays with panko and mozzarella.

    Bake again uncovered in hot oven until cheese is melted and panko is golden-brown, 10-15 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Bon appétit!
