Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Bake the Peppers
Turn oven on to 400 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Combine diced peppers and 2 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into an even layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven until slightly tender, 12-14 minutes. -
Add the Shrimp
Stem and mince rosemary.
Halve lemon lengthwise. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Pat shrimp dry.Add shrimp, cornstarch, pasta, mirepoix base, garlic salt, cheese, 1 tsp. rosemary, butter, 1 Tbsp. lemon juice, and 1/4 cup water to tray and stir to combine. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Garnish with remaining rosemary (to taste). Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
