Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Tortellini
Evenly divide tortellini, minced garlic and parsley, and 1/2 cup water between both provided trays. Stir to combine and cover with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 15 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven.

2 Add the Sauce
Evenly divide tomato sauce, peas, roasted red peppers, cream cheese, and garlic salt between both trays. Stir to combine. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.
Cover both trays with foil.

3 Bake the Meal
Bake again covered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling and tortellini is tender and heated through, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven and uncover.
Evenly divide Tuscan herb butter (to taste), plain butter, and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) between both trays. Stir until butters and cheese are melted and combined.
To serve, top tortellini with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
