Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Remove lid and label, if necessary. When ingredient appears in recipe, remove from packaging. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Break ground turkey into small pieces and place in provided tray. Top with taco seasoning. Top with pepper and onion mix, then marinara sauce and 1/4 tsp. salt -
2 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until meal reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-18 minutes.

3 Finish the Dish
Carefully remove from oven. Break up cooked turkey mixture. Wrap tortillas in a damp paper towel and microwave until warm, 30-60 seconds.
Fill tortillas with turkey mixture. Top with cheese, sour cream, and crispy jalapeños (to taste). Bon appétit!
