Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Cook the Pasta
Once water is boiling, add pasta and cook until al dente, 10-12 minutes.
Remove from burner. Reserve 1 cup pasta cooking water. Drain pasta in a colander and set aside.While pasta cooks, continue recipe. -
Cook the Turkey Mixture
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
While oil heats, cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.Add ground turkey, mushrooms, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan. Stir occasionally until no pink remains on turkey and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes. -
Add the Sauce
Stir 1/4 cup reserved pasta cooking water, cream base, cream cheese, onion salt, garlic pepper, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper into hot pan. Bring to a simmer.

Add Pasta and Finish Dish
Once simmering, stir pasta, peas, and butter into hot pan until combined and thickened, 2-3 minutes.
If sauce is too thick, add additional reserved pasta cooking water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
