These are some lettuce wraps worth crossing the Rubicon for. Crunchy lettuce holds a bed of classic Caesar flavors, turkey, and tomato. These beauts are topped by nutty Parmesan and crushed up croutons, for an extra umph of homage to the salad that shares the name with the long dead general and dictator. One bite of these cups, and you'll be calling them Caesar-irrific. (That's not really a thing.)

Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using 20 oz. ground turkey, follow same instructions as 10 oz. ground turkey, working in batches, if necessary.

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 1, breaking up until no pink remains and beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 1, breaking up until no pink remains and pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes.

If using Impossible burger, follow same instructions as ground turkey in Step 1, breaking up until no pink remains and burger is heated through, 4-6 minutes.

1 Cook the Turkey
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add ground turkey and garlic salt to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.While turkey cooks, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Halve tomatoes.
Coarsely chop croutons.Halve lemon lengthwise and cut into wedges.Separate leaves of lettuce for cups.Mince garlic. -
3 Add the Tomatoes
Add tomatoes, garlic, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan.
Stir occasionally until garlic is fragrant and tomatoes have released their juices, 2-3 minutes. -
4 Make the Sauce
Add softened cream cheese and 1/4 cup water to hot pan.
Stir until cream cheese is incorporated and sauce thickens slightly, 2-3 minutes. Remove from burner. -
5 Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, filling each lettuce cup evenly with turkey mixture, dressing, Parmesan, and croutons. Layer two lettuce cups for extra crunch and structural support. You should have about 5-6 cups total. Squeeze lemon wedges over to taste. Bon appétit!
