Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

1 Start the Turkey
Evenly divide ground turkey, peppers, bacon, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper between both provided trays. Break turkey into bite-sized pieces. Evenly top trays with 2 tsp. olive oil.
Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Carefully remove from oven. -
2 Add the Pasta and Sauce
Drain excess liquid from trays. Break turkey into smaller pieces. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.
Evenly divide pasta, cream base, garlic salt, cream cheese, corn, and 1/2 cup water evenly between trays. Stir to combine.Evenly top trays with shredded cheese. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, garnish with crispy onions. Bon appétit!
