Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Toast the Flatbreads
Place flatbreads, flat-side up, on prepared baking sheet.
Toast in hot oven until flatbread edges are brown and crispy, 3-5 minutes.Carefully remove from oven and flip. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While flatbreads toast, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut mushrooms into 1/4" slices.
In a mixing bowl, combine cheddar, mozzarella, and half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for topping). Set aside.In another mixing bowl, combine pesto, Italian seasoning, and marinara. Set aside. -
3 Cook the Mushrooms
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add mushrooms and a pinch of salt to hot pan. Stir occasionally until browned and tender, 4-6 minutes.Remove from burner. -
4 Assemble the Flatbreads
Evenly top flatbreads with sauce, half the pepperoni (reserve remaining for topping), cheese mixture, and cooked mushrooms.
Evenly divide remaining pepperoni between pizzas, then top with remaining Parmesan. -
5 Bake Pizzas and Finish Dish
Bake pizzas in hot oven until pepperoni are crispy and cheese is brown and bubbling, 5-8 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card. Bon appétit!
