Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary. Break green beans in half.
In one provided tray, combine green beans, cabbage, sesame oil, umami seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer and cover tray tightly with foil.In second provided try, combine 2 tsp. olive oil and diced peppers.Break turkey into small pieces and top peppers, spreading into an even layer. -
Bake Meal and Add Glaze
Bake both trays (vegetables covered, turkey mixture uncovered) in hot oven, 20 minutes.
After 20 minutes, carefully remove turkey mixture tray from oven. Vegetable tray can remain in oven. Drain any excess liquid from tray. Tray will be hot! Use caution. Add half the teriyaki glaze (reserve remaining for after baking) and stir to combine, breaking up any larger pieces of turkey. -
Bake Meal and Heat Rice
Bake again (vegetables covered, turkey mixture uncovered) in hot oven until vegetables are tender and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 10-15 minutes.
While turkey and vegetables bake, coarsely crush peanuts in shipping bag.Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 3-4 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork.Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir remaining teriyaki glaze into turkey mixture.To serve, top rice with vegetables, turkey mixture, crushed peanuts, and sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
