Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate. -
2 Prepare the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into ¼" wedges and pat dry.
Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and toss with 4 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes.Spread into an even layer. -
3 Prepare the Green Beans
Place green beans on second prepared baking sheet. Combine with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and Asian ginger, garlic, and chile seasoning (to taste). Spread into an even layer on one half of baking sheet.

4 Add the Meatloaves
In a mixing bowl, combine ground turkey, panko, 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/3 the garlic aioli (reserve remaining for dipping sauce), and white portions of green onions. Form meat mixture into 4 equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height.
Place meatloaves on empty side of second prepared baking sheet. Evenly top meatloaves with teriyaki glaze and half the brown sugar (reserve remaining for sauce). -
5 Roast Meal, Make Dipping Sauce, and Finish Dish
Roast both sheets in hot oven until potatoes are crispy, green beans are tender, and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes, flipping potatoes halfway through.
While meal roasts, in another mixing bowl, combine hot sauce (to taste), remaining brown sugar, and remaining garlic aioli. Set aside.Carefully remove sheets from oven.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaves with green portions of green onions. Serve dipping sauce on side. Bon appétit!
