Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Heat Potatoes and Form Meatballs
Place potatoes in a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until fork-tender, 5-7 minutes.
While potatoes microwave, combine panko and 1/4 cup water in a mixing bowl. Rest, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add ground beef, garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Stir thoroughly to combine. Form mixture into 12 evenly-sized meatballs. Place in one provided tray. -
2 Prepare the Vegetables
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Add green beans and potatoes to second provided tray.Top vegetables with 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Gently toss to coat. Spread into an even layer. Potatoes will be hot! Use a utensil. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Aioli
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Rest, 3 minutes.While meal rests, combine pesto, mayonnaise, and a pinch of salt and pepper in another mixing bowl.To serve, top meatballs with sun-dried tomato aioli and shredded cheese. Garnish vegetables with cheese spread (crumbling if needed) and crispy onions. Bon appétit!
