Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Form the Meatballs
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 1/4 cup water. Let sit, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add ground beef, taco seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into 12 equally-sized meatballs.Place meatballs in one provided tray. -
Prepare the Rice
Carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging.
Place rice, cream base, corn, fiesta seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 2 Tbsp. water in second provided tray. Stir to combine. -
Bake the Meal
Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven until rice is heated through and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meal bakes, halve lime. Cut one half into wedges and juice the other half.Carefully remove trays from oven. Stir 2 tsp. lime juice and a pinch of salt and pepper into rice until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top meatballs with salsa (to taste) and cheese. Squeeze lime wedges all over to taste. Bon appétit!
