1 Prepare Ingredients and Bake Green Beans
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.Break green beans in half.Combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until green beans are tender, 15-20 minutes. While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Cook Rice and Add Pork
In a large microwave-safe bowl, combine rice, 1 cup water, sesame oil, umami seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir to combine. Microwave uncovered, 4 minutes.
Carefully remove rice from microwave and stir. Microwave again uncovered, 2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and set aside.Pat pork dry and season all over with a pinch of salt and pepper. If you receive a whole pork tenderloin, pat dry and, on a separate cutting board, slice into medallions, 3/4"-thick.Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork to hot pan and sear on one side until browned, 2-3 minutes.Remove from burner. After 15-20 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven. Push green beans to one side of tray. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.Transfer pork, seared-side up, to now-empty side of tray. -
3 Bake Meal and Make Sauce
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 6-8 minutes.
Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner medallion, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. While meal bakes, in another microwave-safe bowl, combine white portions of green onions, sweet chili sauce, and teriyaki glaze.Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until sauce is hot, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave. Add butter to sauce and stir until melted and combined.Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 3 minutes. To serve, top pork with sauce and sesame seeds and garnish rice with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
