If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

If using NY strip steak, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Prepare Ingredients and Make Sauce
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces using hands.
Trim and thinly slice green onions on an angle, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine 4 tsp. olive oil, Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (to taste), and soy sauce. Set aside. -
Cook the Pork Chops
Pat pork chops dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add pork chops to hot pan and cook until golden-brown and chops reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 3-5 minutes per side. Pork thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner chop, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. Remove from burner. Transfer pork to a plate. Rest, 3 minutes.While pork cooks, continue recipe. -
Cook the Broccoli
Place another medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add broccoli, white portions of green onions, half the green portions of green onions (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 cup water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes.Uncover and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes.Stir sauce (to taste) and butter into broccoli until combined.Remove from burner. -
Finish the Dish
Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping pork chop with sweet chili sauce and remaining green portions of green onions. Garnish broccoli with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
