Assemble
Place parboil rice, half of the Asian garlic and ginger seasoning, and fajita mix in the pan. Add 3/4 cup warm water and stir to combine. Top with chicken breasts and remaining seasoning blend. Bake in a hot oven until chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes.
Top chicken with sweet chili sauce and wonton strips.
