Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using shredded beef, break into pieces and place on noodles. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Step 3, baking uncovered until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

  • If using Impossible burger, break into pieces and place on noodles. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Step 3, baking uncovered until burger is heated through, 25-30 minutes.

  • If using diced chicken, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

  • If using ground pork, break into pieces and place on noodles. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Step 3, breaking up into small pieces and baking uncovered until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 25-30 minutes.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.

    Combine noodles, diced peppers, sambal (to taste), sweet and sour sauce, and soy sauce in provided tray.

    Add the Shrimp

    Pat shrimp dry. Top noodles with shrimp, 1 tsp. olive oil, and a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Bake the Dish

    Bake uncovered in hot oven until shrimp reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 25-30 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Gently stir to combine. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Top dish with wonton strips. Bon appétit!
