Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Bake the Green Beans
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In one provided tray, combine green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 35-40 minutes.Carefully remove tray from oven and drain any excess liquid. Gently stir in sesame oil*.While green beans bake, continue recipe. -
2 Prepare the Meatballs
Combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water in a mixing bowl. Rest, 1 minute.
After 1 minute, add black garlic seasoning, ground beef, 1/4 tsp. salt, and crème fraîche. Mix until thoroughly combined. Form mixture into 16 equally-sized meatballs.Place meatballs in second provided tray. Add diced peppers, sweet and sour sauce, and 1/3 the soy sauce (reserve remaining for rice). Gently stir until coated and combined. -
3 Bake Meatballs and Heat Rice
Bake uncovered in hot oven until peppers are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
While meatballs bake, carefully massage rice in bag to break up any clumps. Remove rice from packaging. Place rice, remaining soy sauce, and 1 tsp. olive oil in a microwave-safe bowl. Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Rest, 2 minutes.Fluff rice with a fork. Set aside.Carefully remove meatball tray from oven and stir. To serve, top rice with green beans and meatball mixture. Bon appétit!
