Cooking Guidelines

Prepare The Ingredients
Mince chives
Peel, trim, and cut carrot into 1/4" slices on an angle.Cut each potato into six to eight wedges.Combine ground turkey, panko, and garlic salt in a bowl.Divide turkey mixture into twelve evenly-sized meatballs, about the size of golf balls. -
Start The Meal
In a clean slow cooker, combine carrots, potatoes, worcestershire sauce, stroganoff saue and a pinch of salt and pepper. Top with meatballs.
Turn slow cooker on to high heat. Cover, and cook until turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 4 hours. -
Add Cornstarch
Make a slurry, Slowly add to slow cooker and stir to combine.

Make The Sauce and Finish The Dish
In bowl, add cranberry sauce and 3 tablespoons of water until completely combined.
