  • Salt
  • Pepper

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using chicken breasts, pat dry. Roast until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-20 minutes.

  • If using sirloin steaks or NY strip steaks, pat dry. Roast until steaks reach minimum internal temperature, 12-16 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Drain and rinse artichokes. Coarsely chop.

    Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with a pinch of salt and pepper.

    Top the Salmon

    In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Parmesan, and pesto. Set aside.

    Place salmon on prepared baking sheet, skin-side down. Evenly spread cream cheese mixture over salmon.

    Roast the Salmon

    Roast in hot oven until salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 10-15 minutes.

    While salmon roasts, continue recipe.

    Start the Vegetables

    Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.

    Add broccoli and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover and stir occasionally until slightly tender, 4-5 minutes.

    Finish Vegetables and Finish Dish

    Uncover broccoli and add artichokes, tomato feta sauce, 1/4 tsp. salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper to hot pan. Stir until combined and heated through, 1-2 minutes.

    Remove from burner.

    Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing broccoli with feta. Bon appétit!
