If using antibiotic free chicken, follow same instructions.

If using filets mignon or sirloin steaks, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

If using salmon, pat dry. Add salmon, skin-side up first, and cook until salmon reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic pepper and half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for broccoli). -
2 Cook the Broccoli
In a mixing bowl, toss broccoli with 1 Tbsp. olive oil, 2 tsp. water, remaining garlic salt, and half the lemon n herb seasoning (reserve remaining for crema).
Transfer broccoli to air fryer basket and air fry at 380 degrees until golden-brown, 6-8 minutes, shaking basket halfway through.Wipe bowl clean and reserve.Add cheese and cook until cheese is fully melted and starting to brown, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove broccoli from air fryer.While broccoli cooks, continue recipe.Alternatively, pre-heat broiler. Place a large oven-safe non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add broccoli and 2 Tbsp. water to hot pan. Cover and cook until water is almost completely evaporated, 4-6 minutes. Uncover, season with garlic salt, and stir occasionally until tender, 2-3 minutes. Remove from burner and sprinkle cheese over top. Broil under hot broiler until cheese is melted and golden, 1-2 minutes. -
3 Cook the Chicken
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.
Add chicken to hot pan and cook until browned and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 5-7 minutes per side.Remove from burner. -
4 Make Cremas and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine pesto, half the creme fraiche (reserve remaining for other crema), and 2 tsp. water. Set aside.
In reserved mixing bowl, combine remaining creme fraiche, remaining lemon n herb seasoning, and 2 tsp. water. Set aside.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping broccoli with lemon crema and garnishing chicken with pesto crema. Slice chicken, if desired. Bon appétit!
