Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

If using ground beef, break up until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 4-6 minutes.

Make the Bacon Breadcrumbs
Line a plate with a paper towel.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add bacon to hot pan and stir occasionally until bacon begins to brown, 30-60 seconds.Add panko and stir until combined and lightly toasted, 45-60 seconds.Transfer to towel-lined plate and set aside. Keep pan over medium heat. -
Cook the Ground Turkey
Add 1 tsp. olive oil, onion salt, and ground turkey to hot pan. Break up meat until no pink remains and turkey reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 7-9 minutes.
While turkey cooks, continue recipe. -
Cook the Mushrooms
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 1 tsp. olive oil. Add mushrooms and 1/4 tsp. salt to hot pan and stir occasionally until fork-tender and browned, 4-6 minutes.
Remove from burner. -
Make Sauce, Add Pasta, and Finish Dish
Add cream base, softened cream cheese, demi-glace, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for garnish), 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper to hot pan with turkey. Stir until combined and cream cheese is melted, 30-60 seconds.
Bring to a simmer.Once simmering, add pasta and mushrooms. Stir until coated, 2-3 minutes.If sauce is too thick, add water, 1 Tbsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.Remove from burner.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, garnishing pasta with remaining Parmesan and bacon breadcrumbs.
