Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F

Start the Tortellini
Evenly divide tortellini and mushrooms between both provided trays.
Add 1/4 cup water to each tray. Cover trays with foil.Bake covered in hot oven until tortellini are al dente, 12-15 minutes. -
Add the Sauce
Carefully remove trays from oven and drain any excess liquid.
Evenly divide cream base, cream cheese, garlic salt, spinach, and half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) between trays. Season each tray with a pinch of salt and stir until combined. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes.Cover trays with foil. -
Bake the Meal
Bake again covered in hot oven until sauce is bubbling, 18-20 minutes.
Carefully remove trays from oven. Evenly divide lemon juice between trays and stir to combine.To serve, top tortellini with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit!
