Before You Cook

Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F
  1. 1

    Prepare the Vegetables

Combine corn, zucchini, and Cajun seasoning (to taste) in provided tray. Push to one side and top with butter.

You may receive bell pepper instead of zucchini. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.

  2. 2

    Add the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry.

Place chicken in now-empty side of tray. Top evenly with a pinch of salt, mayonnaise, crispy jalapeños (use less if spice-averse), and cheese.

  3. 3

    Bake the Meal

Bake uncovered in hot oven until zucchini is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 30-35 minutes.

If cheese is browning too fast, cover with foil.

Carefully remove tray from oven. Rest, 5 minutes.

    Bon appétit!
