Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Microwave Instructions

    Crush croutons. Drain brisket and separate slices. If you receive diced beef tenderloin, drain and break into smaller pieces. Tenderloin will be pink upon arrival and may remain pink after heating. It has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through.

    In provided tray, combine cream base, cheese, pasta, spinach, and a pinch of salt. Cover with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until spinach wilts and cheese starts to melt, 1-2 minutes.

    While pasta mixture heats, in a mixing bowl, combine brisket, BBQ sauce, fiesta seasoning, and 1 tsp. water.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave. Stir pasta mixture to combine.

    Top pasta mixture with brisket mixture. Cover again with a damp paper towel.

    Microwave covered until brisket is heated through, 2-3 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from microwave.

    To serve, garnish with crushed croutons. Bon appétit!

    Oven Instructions

    Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.

    Crush croutons. Drain brisket and separate slices. If you receive diced beef tenderloin, drain and break into smaller pieces. Tenderloin will be pink upon arrival and may remain pink after heating. It has been pre-cooked and simply needs to be heated through.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake uncovered in hot oven until spinach wilts and cheese starts to melt, 8-10 minutes.

    While pasta mixture heats, in a mixing bowl, combine brisket, BBQ sauce, fiesta seasoning, and 1 tsp. water.

    Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir pasta mixture to combine. Top pasta mixture with brisket mixture. Cover tray with foil.

    Place tray on a baking sheet. Bake covered in hot oven until brisket is heated through, 8-10 minutes.

    Carefully remove tray from oven.

    To serve, garnish with crushed croutons. Bon appétit!
