If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

If using filets mignon, pat dry. Cook until steak reaches desired doneness, or 4-6 minutes per side for medium/medium-well. Rest, 3 minutes. Steak thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner steak, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

Start the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of pepper.
Place a medium non-stick pan over medium heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil.Add chicken to hot pan and cook until browned on one side, 3-5 minutes.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
Crisp Bacon and Make Topping
Place bacon in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until crispy, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.In a mixing bowl, combine half the crispy bacon (reserve remaining for chicken), cream cheese, and ranch seasoning. Set aside. -
Finish the Chicken
After 3-5 minutes, flip chicken and evenly top with bacon-cream cheese topping, remaining crispy bacon, and shredded cheese.
Cover and cook until shredded cheese is melted and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 3-5 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Remove from burner.While chicken cooks, continue recipe. -
Cook Green Beans and Finish Dish
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Place a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat and add 2 tsp. olive oil. Add green beans to hot pan and cook, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add 1/4 cup water, garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper.Cover and cook until tender, 6-8 minutes.If green beans need more time, add 2 Tbsp. water, cover, and stir occasionally, 1-3 minutes.Remove from burner and stir in butter until melted.Plate dish as pictured on front of card.
