Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground beef, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, breaking into small pieces and baking uncovered in hot oven until beef reaches minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

If using ground pork, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, breaking into small pieces and baking uncovered in hot oven until pork reaches minimum internal temperature, 16-18 minutes.

If using ground turkey, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, breaking into small pieces and baking uncovered in hot oven until turkey reaches minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

If using Italian sausage, remove from casing, if necessary. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, breaking into small pieces and baking uncovered in hot oven until sausage reaches minimum internal temperature, 15-18 minutes.

Bake the Zucchini
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine zucchini and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
Add the Shrimp and Pasta
Carefully remove tray from oven. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
Stir roasted red peppers, pasta, garlic salt, pesto, 2 Tbsp. water, vegetable base, and a pinch of pepper into tray until thoroughly combined. Top with shrimp and dollops of cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. -
Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir until cream cheese is fully combined. Rest, 5 minutes.To serve, garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
