Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
- Seafood 145° F |
- Chicken 165° F |
- Ground Beef 160° F |
- Ground Turkey 165° F |
- Ground Pork 160° F
Customize It Instructions

If using diced chicken, follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

If using steak strips, separate into a single layer, pat dry, and coarsely chop. Follow same instructions as shrimp in Steps 2 and 3, baking uncovered in hot oven until steak reaches minimum internal temperature, 13-15 minutes. Rest, 3 minutes.

1 Cook the Zucchini
Turn oven on to 425 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Thoroughly rinse any fresh produce and pat dry.
In provided tray, combine zucchini and 2 tsp. olive oil. Spread into a single layer.Bake uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
2 Add the Shrimp and Pasta
Carefully remove tray from oven. Pat shrimp dry.
Stir roasted red peppers, pasta, garlic pepper, pesto, 2 Tbsp. water, vegetable base, and a pinch of pepper into tray until thoroughly combined. Top with shrimp and dollops of cream cheese. Cream cheese will melt as meal bakes. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake uncovered in hot oven until pasta is heated through and shrimp reach a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove tray from oven. Stir until cream cheese is fully combined. Let sit, 5 minutes.Garnish with Parmesan. Bon appétit!
