Microwave Instructions
Wash hands thoroughly with soap and warm water before cooking and after handling raw meat or seafood. Remove all produce from any packaging or constraints, then thoroughly rinse and pat dry. Drain shrimp thoroughly and pat dry.
Combine zucchini, garlic salt, and 1 tsp. olive oil in provided tray. Spread into an even layer. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until zucchini is bright green, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Uncover and drain excess liquid. Add shrimp, cornstarch, pasta, cream cheese, mirepoix base, and 2 Tbsp. water to tray. Stir until combined. Cream cheese will melt as meal heats. Cover tray with a damp paper towel. Microwave covered until pasta and shrimp are heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove tray from microwave. Add half the shredded cheese (reserve remaining for garnish) and pesto. Stir until sauce is smooth.To serve, garnish with remaining shredded cheese. Bon appétit! -

Turn oven on to 375 degrees. Let preheat, at least 10 minutes. Make sure to use conventional oven setting, not convection.
