Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Customize It Instructions

If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

1 Prepare the Vegetables
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.
Place carrots and white portions of green onions on prepared baking sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, half the za'atar seasoning (reserve remaining for garnish), and 1/4 tsp. salt. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables. Spread into an even layer on one side of baking sheet. -
2 Prepare the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with buttermilk-dill seasoning and a pinch of salt.
Place chicken on empty side of prepared baking sheet and top with 1 tsp. olive oil. -
3 Roast the Vegetables and Chicken
Roast in hot oven until carrots are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.While vegetables and chicken roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a mixing bowl, combine hummus, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and 1 tsp. water. Set aside.
To serve, top chicken with tzatziki and garnish carrots with sauce, remaining za'atar seasoning, and green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
