If using antibiotic free chicken breasts or chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet and top with 2 tsp. olive oil and a pinch of salt. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 15 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Start Sauce and Add Salmon
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine apricot preserves, ketchup, and 1 tsp. water. Set aside.
Trim green beans, if necessary, and break in half.Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with garlic and parsley seasoning and 1/4 tsp. salt.After 15 minutes, carefully remove baking sheet from oven.Add green beans, potato spice seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt to sheet with potatoes. Stir to combine and push vegetables to one side of sheet.Place salmon, skin-side down, on now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with half the sauce (reserve remaining for topping). -
Roast the Vegetables and Salmon
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 9-11 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.While vegetables and salmon roast, continue recipe. -
Finish Sauce and Finish Dish
Mince chives.
Using a clean utensil, stir butter and red pepper flakes (to taste) into bowl with remaining sauce.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 15-30 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir chives into sauce.To serve, top salmon with sauce (to taste). Bon appétit!
