Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Coarsely crush crispy jalapeños.Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of salt.In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pesto, a pinch of salt, and shredded cheese. Set aside. -
Assemble the Vegetables
Place green beans and onions on one half of prepared baking sheet.
Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables. Spread into an even layer on their side. -
Assemble the Chicken
Place chicken on empty half of baking sheet.
Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture, then crispy jalapeños (use less if spice-averse), pressing gently to adhere. -
Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, stir softened butter into vegetables. Bon appétit!
