Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Trim green beans, if necessary.

    Coarsely crush crispy jalapeños.

    Pat chicken dry. Season both sides with rotisserie chicken seasoning and a pinch of salt.

    In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese, pesto, a pinch of salt, and shredded cheese. Set aside.

    Assemble the Vegetables

    Place green beans and onions on one half of prepared baking sheet.

    Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, garlic salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into vegetables. Spread into an even layer on their side.

    Assemble the Chicken

    Place chicken on empty half of baking sheet.

    Evenly top chicken with cream cheese mixture, then crispy jalapeños (use less if spice-averse), pressing gently to adhere.

    Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, stir softened butter into vegetables. Bon appétit!
