Cooking Guidelines

If using ground beef or ground turkey, roast until loaves reach minimum internal temperature, 20-25 minutes.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Trim and thinly slice green onions, keeping white and green portions separate.In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, white portions of green onions, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for green beans), panko, mayonnaise, and half the gochujang (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for sauce). Form mixture into two equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. -
Assemble the Green Beans and Meatloaves
Place green beans on one half of prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray. Add remaining garlic salt and a pinch of salt and pepper. Massage spray and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Place meatloaves on empty side of sheet. -
Add the Sauce
In another mixing bowl, combine remaining gochujang (to taste), 1 tsp. water, and orange ginger sesame sauce (to taste).
Evenly top meatloaves with half the sauce (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for garnish). -
Roast Meal and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until green beans are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 25-28 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.Stir dressing into green beans until coated. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top meatloaf with remaining sauce (to taste; use a clean utensil) and garnish green beans with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
