If using ground beef, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Thinly slice mushrooms.Place green beans, 2 tsp. olive oil, mushroom seasoning, half the black garlic seasoning (reserve remaining for sauce), and 1/4 tsp. salt on 1/3 of prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans. Spread into an even layer on their side.Place mushrooms and 1 tsp. olive oil next to green beans. Stir to combine and spread into an even layer in center of sheet. -
Add the Meatballs
Finely crush crackers.
In a mixing bowl, combine crushed crackers, mayonnaise, ground pork, savory seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Form mixture into 8 equally-sized meatballs.Place meatballs on empty side of sheet. -
Roast the Vegetables and Meatballs
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. -
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
Transfer roasted mushrooms to a microwave-safe bowl, discarding any liquid. Sheet and mushrooms will be hot! Use a utensil.
Add cream cheese, remaining black garlic seasoning, and 1 Tbsp. water.Microwave uncovered until cream cheese is melted, 30-60 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave and stir to combine.If too thick, add additional water, 1 tsp. at a time, until desired consistency is reached.To serve, top meatballs with sauce and garnish green beans with crispy onions.
