If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. -
Assemble the Vegetables
Place green beans and onions on one half of prepared baking sheet.
Top with 1 tsp. olive oil and lemon n herb seasoning. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables. Spread into an even layer on their side. -
Add the Chicken
Place chicken on empty half of prepared baking sheet and top evenly with 1 tsp. olive oil.

Roast Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove from oven.To serve, top chicken with softened butter and cheese. Garnish vegetables with lemon juice (to taste). Bon appétit!
