Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Peel and cut sweet potato into 1" dice.
Trim green beans, if necessary, and cut into 2" pieces.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt, 1/4 tsp. pepper, and Italian seasoning. -
2 Roast the Vegetables and Chicken
Place green beans and sweet potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil and garlic salt. Massage oil and seasoning into vegetables. Spread into an even layer on one side of baking sheet.
Place chicken on now-empty side of sheet and top with cheese.Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-20 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner. -
3 Add the Butter
Carefully remove sheet from oven. Stir butter into vegetables until melted and combined. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

4 Heat Sauce and Finish Dish
Add marinara and 2 Tbsp. water to a microwave-safe bowl. Cover with a paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through, 35-45 seconds.Carefully remove from microwave.To serve, top chicken with sauce. Bon appétit!
