If using antibiotic free chicken breasts or chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Start the Potatoes
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Place potatoes, half the seasoned salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!), a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes and spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with garlic pepper. -
Add the Broccoli and Salmon
After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.
Stir broccoli into potatoes until combined and push vegetables to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.Place salmon on now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with half the dressing (reserve remaining for garnish). -
Roast Vegetables and Salmon and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-16 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined.To serve, top salmon with remaining dressing and cheese. Bon appétit!
