Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts or chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook in a medium non-stick pan over medium heat with 1 tsp. olive oil until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Start the Potatoes

    Cut potatoes into 1" dice.

    Place potatoes, half the seasoned salt (remaining is yours to use as you please!), a pinch of pepper, and 2 tsp. olive oil on prepared baking sheet. Massage oil and seasonings into potatoes and spread into an even layer.

    Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.

    While potatoes roast, continue recipe.

    Prepare the Ingredients

    Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces.

    Pat salmon dry and season flesh side with garlic pepper.

    Add the Broccoli and Salmon

    After 10 minutes, carefully remove sheet from oven.

    Stir broccoli into potatoes until combined and push vegetables to one side. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.

    Place salmon on now-empty side of sheet and evenly top with half the dressing (reserve remaining for garnish).

    Roast Vegetables and Salmon and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and salmon reaches a minimum internal temperature of 145 degrees, 12-16 minutes.

    Carefully remove from oven. Stir softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined.

    To serve, top salmon with remaining dressing and cheese. Bon appétit!
