Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

- Ground Turkey 165° F |

If using ground beef, follow same instructions.

If using ground turkey, roast until meatballs reach minimum internal temperature, 17-20 minutes.

1 Prepare the Ingredients
Break broccoli into bite-sized pieces.
Trim and thinly slice green portions of green onions on an angle. Trim and finely chop white portions of green onions. Keep white and green portions separate. -
2 Assemble the Broccoli and Meatballs
Place broccoli on one side of prepared baking sheet and toss with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Spray with cooking spray. Spread into an even layer on their side.
In a mixing bowl, combine panko and 2 Tbsp. water. Let sit, 1 minute.After 1 minute, add ground pork, white portions of green onions, umami seasoning, and 1/4 tsp. salt. Stir to combine. Form mixture into 6 equally-sized meatballs and place on empty side of sheet. -
3 Roast the Broccoli and Meatballs
Roast in hot oven until broccoli is tender and meatballs reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 16-18 minutes.
While broccoli and meatballs roast, continue recipe. -
4 Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In another mixing bowl, combine sour cream, honey, mayonnaise, and Sriracha (to taste). Set aside.
To serve, top broccoli with dressing and garnish meatballs with sauce (to taste). Top dish with green portions of green onions. Bon appétit!
