Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Vegetables
Cut potatoes into 1" dice.
Place potatoes on prepared baking sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil and half the potato spice seasoning (reserve remaining for green beans). Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes and spread into an even layer.Roast in hot oven, 10 minutes.While potatoes roast, continue recipe. -
Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In a mixing bowl, combine cream cheese, panko, pesto, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Set aside.Pat chicken dry. -
Add the Green Beans and Chicken
After 10 minutes, carefully remove potatoes from oven and push to 1/3 of sheet. Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.
Place green beans in center of sheet. Top with 2 tsp. olive oil, remaining potato spice seasoning, and a pinch of pepper. Stir to combine.Place chicken on empty side of sheet. Evenly top with pesto mixture, then shredded cheese, pressing gently to adhere. -
Finish Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Roast in hot oven until potatoes are browned, green beans are tender, and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 15-20 minutes.
Carefully remove from oven.To serve, stir butter into green beans until melted and combined. Bon appétit!
