If using antibiotic free chicken breasts or chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

Prepare the Ingredients
Trim green beans, if necessary.
Core tomato and cut into 1/2" dice.Pat chicken dry. Cover chicken with plastic wrap and use a heavy object to pound to an even 1/4" thickness. Season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper. Gallon bags make clean up easier and are made of thicker plastic. If you don’t have a disposable bag, use plastic wrap. -
Coat the Chicken
Combine panko, smoked paprika, and poultry seasoning on a plate and spread into an even layer.
Place chicken onto panko mixture and flip, pressing gently to adhere to both sides.Transfer chicken to one side of prepared baking sheet. -
Start the Vegetables and Chicken
Place green beans and tomatoes on empty side of sheet. Toss with 1 tsp. olive oil, garlic and parsley seasoning, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Spread into an even layer on their side.
Roast in hot oven until chicken is golden-brown, 12-15 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.Carefully remove from oven. -
Finish Vegetables and Chicken and Finish Dish
Evenly top chicken with cheese, then bacon, pressing gently to adhere. Sheet and chicken will be hot! Use a utensil.
Roast again in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 6-8 minutes.Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove sheet from oven.To serve, stir softened butter into vegetables until melted and combined.
