Cooking Guidelines

To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

  • Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |
  • Seafood 145° F |
  • Chicken 165° F |
  • Ground Beef 160° F |
  • Ground Turkey 165° F |
  • Ground Pork 160° F

Customize It Instructions

  • If using antibiotic free chicken breasts, pat dry. Cook until chicken reaches minimum internal temperature, 5-7 minutes per side.

    Prepare Ingredients and Make Boursin Chive Butter

    Trim zucchini ends, halve lengthwise, and cut into 1/2” half-moons. Zucchini quantity may vary, but total weight will remain the same. Don't worry; recipe instructions are not impacted.

    Mince chives.

    Finely crush crackers.

    In a mixing bowl, combine cheese spread, softened butter, and chives. Set aside.

    Assemble the Chicken

    Pat chicken dry and season both sides with 1/4 tsp. salt and a pinch of pepper.

    Evenly top chicken with mayonnaise, then crushed crackers, pressing gently to adhere.

    Place chicken, cracker-side up, on one side of prepared baking sheet and spray with cooking spray.

    Assemble the Vegetables

    Combine zucchini, tomatoes, minced garlic and parsley, 1 tsp. olive oil, 1/2 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper on empty side of sheet. Spread vegetables into an even layer on their side.

    If you receive one whole tomato instead, not to worry; simply core tomato, cut into 1/2" dice, and proceed with recipe instructions.

    Roast Meal and Finish Dish

    Roast in hot oven until vegetables are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 18-22 minutes.

    Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.

    Carefully remove from oven.

    To serve, top chicken with Boursin chive butter. Bon appétit!
