Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:

Start the Broccoli
In provided tray, combine broccoli, 2 tsp. olive oil, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli and spread into an even layer. Cover with foil.
Bake covered in hot oven, 10 minutes. -
Add the Chicken
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and pepper.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove tray from oven and push broccoli to one side.Place chicken in now-empty side of tray and evenly top with 1 tsp. boom boom sauce (use less if spice-averse; reserve remaining for garnish), then sesame seeds. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil. -
Bake Meal and Make Miso Butter
Bake uncovered in hot oven until broccoli is tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, in a mixing bowl, combine softened butter and miso paste. Set aside.Crush crispy onions in shipping bag.Carefully remove tray from oven and stir miso butter into broccoli until combined. Tray will be hot! Use a utensil.To serve, top chicken with remaining boom boom sauce (to taste; use a clean utensil) and crushed crispy onions. Bon appétit!
