Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

1 Start the Vegetables and Chicken
In one provided tray, combine diced peppers, carrots, and 1 tsp. olive oil. Massage oil into vegetables. Spread into an even layer.
Pat chicken dry and season both sides with Asian garlic, ginger & chile seasoning (use less if spice-averse). Place in second provided tray and evenly top with 2 tsp. olive oil.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 12 minutes.After 12 minutes, carefully remove vegetable tray; keep chicken in oven. -
2 Add the Noodles
Place butter in a microwave-safe bowl.
Microwave uncovered until beginning to brown, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave.Add browned butter, miso paste, 1/4 cup water, 2/3 the orange sauce (reserve remaining for chicken), and noodles to vegetables tray and stir to combine. Cover tray with foil. -
3 Bake the Meal
Bake in hot oven (noodles covered; chicken still uncovered) until noodles are heated through and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 8-10 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, top chicken with remaining orange sauce. Slice chicken, if desired. Garnish all over with sesame seeds. Bon appétit!
