Before You Cook
Cooking Guidelines
To ensure food safety, the FDA recommends the following as minimum internal cooking temperatures:
- Steak and Pork 145° F (rest cooked meat, 3 minutes) |

Prepare the Ingredients
Quarter potatoes. If larger than a ping-pong ball, cut into six to eight wedges.
Cut broccoli into bite-sized pieces. -
Assemble the Potatoes
Place potatoes on one prepared baking sheet and add 1 Tbsp. olive oil and potato spice seasoning. Massage oil and seasoning into potatoes. Spread into a single layer.

Assemble the Broccoli and Meatloaves
Place broccoli on second prepared baking sheet and add 2 tsp. olive oil, half the garlic salt (reserve remaining for meatloaves), and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into broccoli and push to one side of sheet.
In a mixing bowl, combine ground beef, panko, half the Parmesan (reserve remaining for sauce), remaining garlic salt, and 1/4 tsp. pepper.Form beef mixture into 4 equally-sized, oval-shaped loaves, about 3" in length and 2" by height. Place loaves on empty side of sheet. -
Roast the Vegetables and Meatloaves
Roast vegetables and meatloaves in hot oven until vegetables are tender and meatloaves reach a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees, 20-25 minutes.
Carefully remove both sheets from oven. Stir butter into broccoli until melted, 30-60 seconds.Sheet will be hot! Use a utensil.While vegetables and meatloaves roast, continue recipe. -
Make Sauce and Finish Dish
In a microwave-safe bowl, combine cream base and cream cheese. Cover with a damp paper towel.
Microwave covered until heated through, 1-2 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave. Stir in remaining Parmesan until smooth.Plate dish as pictured on front of card, topping meatloaf with sauce. Bon appétit!
