Start the Green Beans and Chicken
Trim green beans, if necessary.
In one provided tray, combine 2 tsp. olive oil, green beans, 1/4 tsp. salt, and a pinch of pepper. Massage oil and seasonings into green beans and spread into an even layer.Pat chicken dry and season both sides with half the rotisserie chicken seasoning (reserve remaining for gravy). Place chicken in second provided tray.Bake both trays uncovered in hot oven, 10 minutes.Chicken will finish cooking in a later step.While green beans and chicken bake, continue recipe. -
Add the Gravy
In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup water, cornstarch, remaining rotisserie chicken seasoning, chicken base, and a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir until smooth. Set aside.
After 10 minutes, carefully remove chicken from oven. Keep green beans in oven. Add gravy to chicken tray and cover tightly with foil. -
Bake Meal and Heat Mashed Potatoes
Bake both trays in hot oven (chicken covered, green beans uncovered) until green beans are tender and chicken reaches a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees, 12-15 minutes.
Cutlet thickness can vary; if you receive a thinner cutlet, we recommend checking for doneness sooner.While meal bakes, combine mashed potatoes and garlic salt in a microwave-safe bowl. Vigorously stir to combine.Microwave uncovered until heated through, 2-3 minutes.Carefully remove from microwave and vigorously stir in cheese until combined.Carefully remove both trays from oven.To serve, evenly top chicken with butter and garnish green beans with dressing.
